Team Headshots for Bay Area Company Rebrands
Your new website is almost ready. New logo. New colors. New messaging. New everything — except the headshots. The team photos are still from three years ago, shot against four different backgrounds by three different photographers, and none of them match the brand you've spent months building.
It's one of the most common bottlenecks in a rebrand. And it has a hard deadline.
At Camerawerkz, we specialize in getting Bay Area teams photographed quickly, consistently, and on schedule — so your headshots are ready when your new website launches, not two weeks after. We bring a complete mobile studio directly to your Oakland or Bay Area office and photograph your entire team in a single visit, with consistent lighting and backdrops across every image.

Why Rebrands Create a Headshot Problem
A rebrand changes everything visual about your company — and headshots are part of that visual system. When the new site goes live, the About page, the team directory, the leadership bios, the press page, and every piece of collateral now need to reflect the new brand standard.
What most companies discover too late is that their existing headshots were never consistent to begin with. Different photographers, different lighting setups, different backgrounds, photos from different years — it all gets pulled onto the new site and immediately undermines the polished brand identity the design team worked so hard to build.
A rebrand is the moment to fix it. You already have a launch date. You already have the design system. What you need is a photographer who can work to your timeline and deliver images that match the visual standard your new brand demands.

"We had Sergio take headshots and a group shot of all of our staff for our upcoming website re-boot. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, everyone enjoyed his working manner. Couldn't recommend more highly!"
Onsite Team Headshot Days — We Come to Your Bay Area Office
For HR managers coordinating a rebrand shoot, onsite is almost always the only realistic option. Getting twenty, thirty, or fifty employees to a studio on the same day isn't feasible. A mobile studio that comes to you is.
Camerawerkz brings a complete professional setup, studio-quality lighting, backdrops, and a tethered camera system, directly to your conference room, lobby, or open office space. We arrive 45 to 60 minutes before the first session to set up, then work through your team one at a time at five to ten minutes per person. Your employees walk in, get fully directed, and walk back to their desks. No commute, no half-day out of office, no disruption to the rest of the workday.
For HR managers and marketing teams coordinating the shoot, the process is straightforward. We'll work with you on scheduling — either a signup sheet for employees to book their own slot or a pre-assigned schedule — and handle everything on the day. You manage the logistics on your end. We handle everything in front of the camera.
"My experience with Sergio was great! He was extremely professional, available, and communicative. He made me feel comfortable in the studio and turned around the photos quickly. I would recommend Sergio to anyone."

Consistency That Holds Up Across the Whole Site
The most important thing a rebrand headshot day delivers isn't just better individual photos — it's a consistent visual system across your entire team.
Every person photographed at a Camerawerkz team headshot day comes out with the same lighting, the same backdrop, and the same quality standard. It doesn't matter if they're the CEO or a coordinator who started last month. When those images go live on your new About page, they look like they belong together — because they were all made the same way, on the same day, with the same setup.
That consistency is what makes a team page look like a brand rather than a collection of individuals.
Built Around Your Launch Timeline
Rebrands have deadlines. We understand that.
When you book a team headshot day with Camerawerkz, we work backward from your launch date to make sure everything is delivered on time. Proofing galleries go out within 2 to 3 days of the shoot. Final edited images are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Rush delivery is available if your launch window is tight.
If your new site is going live in three weeks, we can make that work. If you're planning ahead for a launch two months out, we can lock in the date now and build the schedule around your team's availability.

Professional Headshots F-A-Q
What should I wear?
Wear solid colors that align with your personal brand or company colors. Avoid busy patterns, logos, or bright white. Business casual or your typical work attire works well.
How long will my session take?
Individual sessions are typically 10–15 minutes. Plan to arrive a few minutes early.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Get a good night's sleep, stay hydrated, and groom as you normally would for an important work day. Bring a brush or comb for touch-ups.
Can I bring outfit changes?
Check with your coordinator, but most sessions allow 1–2 outfit changes if time permits.
Will hair and makeup be provided?
Unless specified in advance, plan to arrive ready. Some events do include a touch-up station.
What background will be used?
A standard backdrop (usually neutral gray, white, or branded) will be set up. Ask your coordinator if you want specifics.
When will I receive my photos?
Edited photos are typically delivered within 5–10 business days via a shared online gallery or email link.
How many photos will I receive?
Most sessions deliver 2 edited images per person.
Can I request retouching?
Light retouching is usually included. If you have specific requests, let the photographer know during your session.
What if I need to reschedule?
Contact your coordinator as soon as possible. Walk-in slots may be available, but rescheduling is not always guaranteed.
