Executive sessions run 30 to 45 minutes at our private studio at Jack London Square in Oakland, or onsite at your Bay Area office. The process is efficient — designed for executives who don't have time for a drawn-out production and don't want to spend their afternoon in a photography session.

Onsite sessions
we come to your office For executives who prefer to be photographed at their workplace or who cannot leave during the business day. We bring a complete professional mobile studio to your San Francisco Financial District office, your Sand Hill Road suite, your Silicon Valley campus, or your East Bay location. A flat travel fee applies and is confirmed in your quote before booking.

What Executive Headshots Require
An executive headshot is not a standard professional headshot taken at a faster pace. It requires a specific approach that most headshot photographers do not apply because most of their clients are not operating at the executive level.
Authority without arrogance. The visual challenge of an executive headshot is communicating genuine authority — the kind that comes from experience, track record, and judgment — without crossing into arrogance, coldness, or the kind of stiffness that makes people feel the subject is unapproachable. That balance is different for every person and requires specific direction to achieve. It is not something that happens automatically when you stand in front of a camera.
Approachability at the senior level. Counterintuitively, approachability becomes more important at senior levels, not less. A CEO whose headshot looks cold or dismissive is less likely to attract the investors, board members, and senior executives they need to work with. A VP whose headshot looks stiff is less likely to get the press outreach, speaking invitations, and executive recruiter calls that drive career advancement.
