We photograph Oakland and East Bay teams onsite, setting up a complete professional studio in your conference room so nobody leaves the office. Oakland is our home. We’ve photographed teams in downtown Oakland office towers, Jack London Square headquarters, Uptown creative agencies, Emeryville biotech campuses, and professional services firms across the East Bay. We know the buildings, the neighborhoods, and the pace of work here.
Every shoot runs the same way. We arrive 45–60 minutes before the first session and set up studio strobe lighting, your choice of backdrop, and a tethered camera that shows each shot on a monitor in real time. Your team comes through one at a time, and we direct every pose and expression, so nobody has to figure out what to do in front of the camera.
Most people are back at their desks within 10 minutes. Proofs arrive in 2–3 business days, and final edited images arrive in 1–2 weeks. Every headshot matches the rest, ready for your website, LinkedIn, staff directory, and press materials.

Yes. We travel to offices throughout the Bay Area, including San Francisco, Berkeley, Emeryville, the East Bay, Silicon Valley, the Peninsula, and the North Bay, with no travel fees.
How quickly are photos delivered?
Proofing galleries arrive within 2–3 business days, and final edited images within 1–2 weeks. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
What if someone on my team misses the shoot?
We document our exact setup after every team day. Anyone who misses it can book a solo session at our Oakland studio, and their headshot will match the rest of the team.
