Team Headshot Days for Bay Area Companies
Getting professional headshots for an entire team has one fundamental problem: logistics. Getting twenty, thirty, or a hundred employees to the same place at the same time, without wrecking the workday, blowing the budget, or producing a mismatched set of photos that looks like four different companies stitched together, is harder than it sounds.
A Camerawerkz team headshot day solves all of it in a single visit.
We bring a complete professional studio directly to your Bay Area office same lighting, same backdrops, same equipment we use at our Jack London Square studio in Oakland, set up in your conference room, lobby, or open office space and ready to shoot within 45 to 60 minutes of arrival.
Your team cycles through one at a time. Nobody commutes. Nobody loses a billable hour. The office keeps working around the shoot, and by the time we pack up, every person in your organization has a consistent, professional headshot ready for your website, LinkedIn, staff directory, press materials, and anywhere else your team shows up publicly.
We scale to any team size. Half-day shoots for smaller groups. Full-day shoots for larger departments. Multi-day shoots for organizations with multiple offices or hundreds of employees.

What's Included in Every Team Headshot Day
Full mobile studio setup
at your office We arrive 45 to 60 minutes before the first session and assemble a complete professional setup in your space, studio-quality strobe lighting, multiple backdrop options, and a tethered camera system that displays shots on a monitor in real time so employees can see their images as the session progresses. All we need from you is a conference room, lobby, or open office space with enough depth to work in, and a power outlet.
5 to 10 minutes per person, fully directed
Every person who sits down in front of the camera gets complete direction, posture, expression, chin position, shoulder angle, framing. Nothing is left to the employee to figure out on their own. Camera-shy staff, first-timers, and people who haven't had a professional photo taken in years all walk out looking like they've done this before. Because they had someone telling them exactly what to do.
Consistent results across your entire organization Every image comes out with the same lighting, the same backdrop, and the same quality standard — whether it's the CEO or a coordinator who started last week. When those photos go live on your website or staff directory, they look like they were all made at the same moment by the same photographer. Because they were.
Proofing gallery within 2 to 3 days
Each employee receives a private online proofing gallery with their session images to review and select their final photo. Galleries go out within 2 to 3 business days of the shoot.
Professionally edited final images within 1 to 2 weeks Final edited images delivered within 1 to 2 weeks of selection. High-resolution files for print and web-optimized files for LinkedIn, your company website, press kits, investor materials, and marketing collateral. Rush delivery available for tight timelines.
New hire matching after the team day
After every team headshot day we document the exact lighting configuration, backdrop setup, and camera settings used. When you hire a new employee — next month or next year — they come into our Oakland studio for a solo session and walk away with a headshot that's indistinguishable from the ones taken on the team day. Your website stays consistent as your organization grows.
How the Day Is Structured
Before the shoot
Once your team day is booked, we coordinate with you on the logistics — which room to use, how to schedule your team, and what to communicate to employees beforehand. You receive a scheduling template your staff can use to book their own time slots, which eliminates the back-and-forth of coordinating individual appointments.
We send a brief guide
to share with your team covering what to wear, how to prepare, and what to expect. Most employees take three minutes to read it and show up ready.
Day of the shoot
We arrive 45 to 60 minutes before the first session. Setup is quiet and self-contained — we don't need IT support, facilities assistance, or any coordination beyond access to the room. By the time your first employee walks in, the studio is fully assembled and the first shot is ready to take.
Employees move through the session in the order you've scheduled them. Five to ten minutes each. We direct every shot. They review their images on the monitor before leaving. Then back to their desk.
For larger organizations we structure the day in department blocks — one department at a time, scheduled in sequence — to minimize disruption across the organization and make internal coordination manageable.
After the shoot
Proofing galleries go out within 2 to 3 business days. We handle selection follow-up if employees haven't chosen their images by a specified deadline. Final edited images are delivered as a complete organized package within 1 to 2 weeks — individual files labeled by name, department, or however your team needs them organized.

"We had Sergio take headshots and a group shot of all of our staff for our upcoming website re-boot. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, everyone enjoyed his working manner. Couldn't recommend more highly!"
Team Sizes We Work With
Small teams
(5 to 15 people) Half-day shoot. Efficient, focused, done before lunch. Works well for founding teams, small firms, department refreshes, and organizations that need a fast turnaround.
Mid-size teams
(15 to 75 people) Full-day shoot structured in department blocks. The most common format for Bay Area companies. Covers an entire organization in a single visit with minimal disruption to the workday.
Large organizations
(75 to 500+ people) Multi-day or full-day shoots with structured scheduling across departments. We've photographed large enterprise teams, multi-floor organizations, and companies with complex internal calendars. Coordination and scheduling handled in advance so the shoot itself runs smoothly regardless of team size.
Multi-office organizations
For companies with multiple Bay Area locations, we coordinate separate shoot days at each office using identical equipment and setup — so headshots taken at your Oakland office and your San Francisco office look like they were shot in the same room. Because the setup was.
"My experience with Sergio was great! He was extremely professional, available, and communicative. He made me feel comfortable in the studio and turned around the photos quickly. I would recommend Sergio to anyone."

Why Bay Area Companies Choose Camerawerkz for Team Headshot Days
We eliminate the logistics problem.
No commutes. No parking. No half-day out of the office. We show up at your location, handle everything, and leave. Your team gets photographed without anyone leaving the building.
Direction is built into every shot.
Most people have never had a professional headshot taken. The anxiety of not knowing what to do in front of a camera is the most common thing we deal with on team days — and the thing we've spent 15 years solving. Every session is fully directed. Nobody has to figure it out.
Consistency that actually holds up.
A mismatched staff page undermines your brand in ways that are hard to articulate but immediately visible to anyone who visits your website. A Camerawerkz team day fixes that in a single session. Every image — from the first person photographed to the last — comes out at the same standard.
A new hire program that keeps you current.
Most companies solve the new hire headshot problem by waiting until there are enough new people to justify another full shoot. Then the website gets out of date. Our new hire matching program means every new employee can be photographed in the studio and matched to the existing team — no waiting, no inconsistency.
15 years of Bay Area team photography.
We've photographed teams across every industry in the Bay Area. Startups with three co-founders. Law firms with forty attorneys. Enterprise organizations with hundreds of employees across multiple floors. The process is refined. The results are consistent. And the experience — for you and for every person in front of the camera — is straightforward and genuinely enjoyable.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many people can you photograph in a day?
It depends on the schedule and the day structure. A focused half-day covers 15 to 25 people. A full day covers 40 to 60 people. For larger organizations we schedule multi-day shoots or structure the day across multiple department blocks. We've photographed teams of 200+ in a single coordinated engagement. Tell us your team size and we'll build a schedule that works.
What do you need from us on the day?
A conference room, lobby, or open office space with enough depth to set up a backdrop, a power outlet, and access to the building. We handle everything else — equipment, setup, breakdown, and direction. No facilities coordination required beyond letting us in.
What should employees wear?
We send a brief guide after booking that covers this in detail. The short version: solid colors, business casual or whatever matches your company culture, no busy patterns or logos. We recommend employees bring one or two options and we'll pick the best one together.
How do you handle employees who miss the shoot?
After every team day we document our exact setup. Anyone who misses the shoot can come into our Oakland studio for a solo session and their headshot will match the rest of the team. We coordinate missed sessions as part of the post-shoot process.
Can you match headshots from a previous shoot?
If you have an existing set of team headshots with a specific backdrop color and lighting style, we'll do our best to match it. The closer the existing photos are to a studio-style setup, the easier the match. Bring us a sample and we'll tell you what's achievable.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks in advance is typical for most team sizes. For larger organizations or specific date requirements, four to six weeks is safer. Rush bookings for smaller teams are often possible with less notice — reach out and we'll tell you what's available.
