Step 1 — Get a quote (You: 2 minutes) Tell us your team size, where people are based, and how they're distributed. Sergio responds the same day with a plan.
Step 2 — We design your coordination plan (You: 10 minutes on a call or email) Studio visits, rolling onsite sessions, multi-location shoots, or an all-hands tie-in — we recommend the right mix based on your team's actual schedule.
Step 3 — We document the setup (You: 0 minutes) We lock in the exact lighting, backdrop, and camera configuration that every session — no matter when or where — will match.
Step 4 — Sessions happen as your team is available (You: forward the scheduling link) Team members book into Oakland studio sessions, onsite visits, or all-hands slots as they come up. No single all-hands-required day.
Step 5 — Proofing galleries go out per person (You: optional follow-up) Each team member receives a private gallery within 2–3 business days of their session.

How We Photograph Remote and Hybrid Teams
Option 1 — Oakland Studio Sessions The most common solution for Bay Area remote teams. We keep your organization's documented setup on file — lighting configuration, backdrop selection, camera settings — and any team member who comes to the Bay Area, whether for a quarterly all-hands, an onboarding visit, or a client meeting, stops by our Jack London Square studio for a 30–45 minute session. Their headshot matches everyone else on the team photographed before them.
Option 2 — Onsite at Your Bay Area Office For team members who are in the Bay Area regularly but working hybrid schedules, we coordinate onsite shoots at your office. Rather than scheduling a full team day where everyone has to show up simultaneously, we run rolling onsite sessions — photographing whoever is in the office that day, then coming back for additional sessions as other team members rotate through.
Option 3 — Multi-Location Coordinated Shoots For distributed teams with concentrations of employees in multiple Bay Area locations — a San Francisco office, an Oakland office, and a group working remotely from the East Bay — we coordinate shoots at each location using the same documented setup.
