Full mobile studio setup
at your office We arrive 45 to 60 minutes before the first session and assemble a complete professional setup in your space, studio-quality strobe lighting, multiple backdrop options, and a tethered camera system that displays shots on a monitor in real time so employees can see their images as the session progresses. All we need from you is a conference room, lobby, or open office space with enough depth to work in, and a power outlet.
5 to 10 minutes per person, fully directed
Every person who sits down in front of the camera gets complete direction, posture, expression, chin position, shoulder angle, framing. Nothing is left to the employee to figure out on their own. Hazen and Sawyer is a globally recognized water infrastructure and environmental engineering firm with significant Bay Area operations. The challenge: photograph two entirely separate office teams, in two different cities, and deliver a set of headshots that looked like they were all taken in the same room on the same day.
We coordinated a two-day shoot — Day 1 in Concord, Day 2 in San Francisco — using identical equipment, lighting configuration, backdrop, and setup at both locations. The same mobile studio, the same settings, the same process. On both days we arrived early, assembled the studio in the available office space, and photographed the team one at a time with full direction on every shot.

Nieves Law Firm is a respected Oakland-based legal practice serving clients across California. As the firm grew, so did the need for a cohesive professional visual identity — updated headshots for the firm website, LinkedIn profiles, press releases, and client materials that reflected the firm's commitment to excellence and inspired client confidence.

We arrived at their downtown Oakland office and assembled a complete mobile studio — professional strobe lighting, neutral backdrop, tethered camera system with a real-time monitor so every attorney could see their shots as the session progressed.
