Full mobile studio setup
at your office We arrive 45 to 60 minutes before the first session and assemble a complete professional setup in your space, studio-quality strobe lighting, multiple backdrop options, and a tethered camera system that displays shots on a monitor in real time so employees can see their images as the session progresses. All we need from you is a conference room, lobby, or open office space with enough depth to work in, and a power outlet.
5 to 10 minutes per person, fully directed
Every person who sits down in front of the camera gets complete direction, posture, expression, chin position, shoulder angle, framing. Nothing is left to the employee to figure out on their own. Camera-shy staff, first-timers, and people who haven't had a professional photo taken in years all walk out looking like they've done this before. Because they had someone telling them exactly what to do.
Consistent results across your entire organization Every image comes out with the same lighting, the same backdrop, and the same quality standard — whether it's the CEO or a coordinator who started last week. Hazen and Sawyer is a globally recognized water infrastructure and environmental engineering firm with significant Bay Area operations. When they needed to update professional team imagery across two Bay Area offices — their Concord location and their downtown San Francisco office — visual consistency across both locations was the non-negotiable requirement.
The challenge: photograph two entirely separate office teams, in two different cities, and deliver a set of headshots that looked like they were all taken in the same room on the same day.
We coordinated a two-day shoot — Day 1 in Concord, Day 2 in San Francisco — using identical equipment, lighting configuration, backdrop, and setup at both locations. The same mobile studio, the same settings, the same process. On both days we arrived early, assembled the studio in the available office space, and photographed the team one at a time with full direction on every shot.
The result: a unified set of professional headshots across both Bay Area offices that are visually indistinguishable from each other — because the setup was identical. Consistent imagery for a firm that operates across multiple locations and needs its visual identity to reflect that cohesion.

Team headshot days: $175 per person · 10-person minimum (starting at $1,750) · 2 edited images per person · no travel fees anywhere in the Bay Area.
Solo sessions: starting at $350 at our Jack London Square studio in Oakland · 2 edited images · additional images $75 each.
Smaller team? Teams under 10 can book an onsite session at the $1,750 flat minimum, or come to the studio.
Freaquently Asked Questions
How many people can you photograph in one day? Each session runs 5 to 10 minutes, so most teams finish in a single visit — Raymond's 24 employees and Nieves Law Firm's 15 attorneys each took one day. Larger groups or multiple offices can be split across days, as we did for Hazen and Sawyer.
Do you charge travel fees? No. Onsite team days anywhere in the Bay Area are covered by the flat $175 per-person rate. We also shoot outside the Bay Area — our VPE team day in Sacramento is one example.
Can you match headshots for people we hire later? Yes. We document the lighting, backdrop, and camera settings from your team day. New hires come to our Oakland studio and get a headshot that matches the original set.
What if part of our team works remotely? Schedule the shoot on a day everyone is in, like Informing Change did. Anyone who misses it can come to the studio later and be matched to the set.
How fast do we get the photos? Proofing galleries go out within 2 to 3 business days. Final edited images arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. Rush delivery is available.
