How the Process Works
Step 1 — Get a quote (You: 2 minutes) Tell us whether you need a solo physician session or a full team day, your location, and timing. Sergio responds the same day.
Step 2 — Book and coordinate (You: 10 minutes) A deposit secures your date. For team days we send a scheduling link providers book into around their clinical day, plus a short prep guide covering attire.
Step 3 — Session at your clinic or our studio (You: zero for team days) For team days we arrive 45–60 minutes early and set up in a conference room, staff lounge, or available space. For solo sessions, come to our Jack London Square studio.
Step 4 — Fully directed session Every provider guided through posture, expression, and angle — 5–10 minutes each onsite, 30–45 minutes for a solo studio session.
Step 5 — Proofing gallery A private gallery arrives within 2–3 business days.
Step 6 — Final images delivered Edited images within 1–2 weeks, organized and sized for Zocdoc, Healthgrades, hospital directories, and your practice website.
Total time required from your practice: under 20 minutes of coordination.
