How we work around clinical schedules
We know physicians don't have open afternoons. Solo sessions at our Oakland studio run 30–45 minutes — fast enough to fit before rounds or between afternoon patients. For practices with multiple providers, we bring the studio to your clinic and photograph your entire team in a single scheduled block, one provider at a time, without pulling anyone away from patient care for more than 10–15 minutes.
We're experienced working in clinical environments — exam rooms, staff lounges, conference rooms, and clinic lobbies all work as studio spaces. We set up, shoot, and break down without disrupting your day.

How long does a doctor headshot session take?
Solo sessions run 30–45 minutes at our Oakland studio. If you're coming between patients or before rounds, that's enough time for multiple looks and a full proofing gallery.
We're used to working fast.
Can you come to my clinic or medical office?
Yes — for individual physicians we can often set up in a conference room, staff lounge, or clean corridor space. For groups of 3 or more providers it's always the most efficient option. We bring everything needed and leave no trace.
How many photos will I get?
Solo sessions include 3 professionally edited, high-resolution images. Additional images available. Team packages include 1 polished image per provider with additional edits available.
How fast will I get my headshots?
Proofing gallery within 48 hours. Final edited images within 1–2 weeks. Rush delivery available — useful if you need a photo for a new directory listing, a conference bio, or a press inquiry quickly.
What should I wear for a doctor headshot? Most physicians choose between business professional attire, a white coat, or scrubs — depending on what their primary platform requires. Zocdoc and Healthgrades tend to show white coat or business professional. Psychology Today listings often work better with business casual for a warmer feel. We recommend bringing both options and deciding on the day. We keep a clean white coat on set if needed.
