How Same Day Sessions Work

1. Book. Call or text Sergio at (510) 506-4892 to check same-day availability. Depending on the day, we can often fit you in that morning, afternoon or evening.

2. Shoot. A 30–45 minute session at our private studio in Jack London Square. Every shot is fully directed, from posture and expression to framing and lighting, so you don’t need to know how to pose.

3. Pick your favorites. Your proofing gallery arrives within 24 hours, often the same evening. Choose your 3 favorite images.

4. Get your finals. Standard delivery is 1–2 weeks, or add rush delivery for $100 and get your edited images in 24–48 hours. You’ll receive high-resolution files for print and web-ready files for LinkedIn, your website and press.

Getting to the Studio Fast

Our studio is at 300 Jefferson Street in Jack London Square, Oakland, easy to reach on short notice from almost anywhere in the Bay Area.

From San Francisco: Take the SF Bay Ferry from the Ferry Building, which docks a few minutes’ walk from the studio. By car, it’s 15–20 minutes across the Bay Bridge from downtown, depending on traffic.

By BART: Ride to 12th Street Oakland City Center, then walk about 15–20 minutes or take a short rideshare.

By car: Easy access from I-880 and I-980, with street and garage parking nearby.

From the East Bay: Alameda, Emeryville and Berkeley are about 10–20 minutes away.

Can you match my headshot to my company’s existing team photos on short notice?
Yes. If your company has had a headshot day with Camerawerkz, we have your exact setup on file and can recreate it the same day. If a different photographer took your team’s photos, bring a sample and we’ll match it as closely as possible.

Do I need experience in front of a camera?
None at all. We guide every shot, from posture and expression to angle, even under time pressure. Most of our clients have never had a professional headshot before.

Can you do a rush team headshot day?
Yes. We can often schedule a team day with 24–48 hours’ notice, depending on team size and location. There’s no fee for short-notice booking. Team days are $200 per person with a 10-person minimum, and rush delivery of final images is $25 per person ($250 minimum).
