How do you work around attorneys' billing schedules?
We build the day's time-slot schedule around your attorneys' existing calendars before the shoot day. Each slot runs 15–20 minutes. Attorneys with depositions, court appearances, or client calls are scheduled around those commitments. In our experience, even in the busiest litigation shops, we have never failed to photograph every scheduled attorney in a single day.
Can you match new hires to our existing headshot style?
Yes. Send us a sample of your existing firm headshots and we will match the lighting, background, and crop precisely. We document our exact setup from every session so lateral hires and newly promoted partners photographed months or years later match the existing team perfectly.
What should attorneys wear for their headshots?
Dark suits, blazers, and solid colors photograph best. Navy, charcoal, dark gray, and black are all strong choices. We recommend attorneys bring two options — typically a suit jacket on and jacket off — so they have flexibility when selecting their final image. Avoid busy patterns, bright colors, and all-white shirts without a jacket.
