Our studio at Jack London Square is purpose-built for professional headshot photography. Not a shared creative space. Not a rental. A private studio configured specifically for the lighting, backdrop, and camera setup that produces consistent, polished results every session.
What's in the studio: Professional strobe lighting calibrated for flattering, consistent results on every skin tone. Multiple backdrop options — classic white, light gray, dark gray, and others. A tethered camera system that displays your shots on a large monitor in real time as the session progresses. Full direction from the first frame to the last.
What a solo session looks like: 30–45 minutes. Fully directed — posture, expression, chin angle, shoulder position, framing. You don't need to know how to pose. You don't need experience in front of a camera. Every detail is guided.
Sessions typically cover two to three looks — jacket on and off, a couple of backdrop options — giving you real choices when the proofing gallery arrives. Most people walk out surprised by how quickly it went and how their final images look.

What to Wear — Quick Guide
We send a detailed prep guide after booking. The short version:
Do: Solid colors — navy, charcoal, burgundy, forest green, cream, black, or whatever matches your professional brand. Business casual or whatever fits your industry culture. Bring 2–3 options and we'll choose together on the day.
Avoid: Busy patterns, small checks, or stripes (they strobe on camera). Large logos or branded clothing. Pure white against white backdrops. Anything you'd wear to a casual weekend event if the headshot is for professional use.
Grooming: Come camera-ready — same way you'd show up to an important meeting or client presentation. We don't do styling or makeup on-site, but we work with what you bring.
