How It Works
(6-Step Coordinator Process)
Step 1 — Get a quote (You: 2 minutes) Fill out the form with your team size, facility location, and preferred timing. Sergio responds the same day.
Step 2 — Book and receive your scheduling link (You: 10 minutes) A deposit secures your date. We send a scheduling link your providers book into directly, working around existing patient hours and rounds.
Step 3 — Forward the prep guide (You: 2 minutes) We send a short guide covering white coat vs. business attire and what to expect. You forward it to your team.
Step 4 — We show up and photograph the team (You: 0 minutes) We arrive 45–60 minutes early, set up the complete studio in a conference room, break room, or available space, photograph every provider in 10–15 minute sessions between appointments, and pack up. Clinical operations run normally.
Step 5 — Proofing galleries go out (You: optional follow-up) Each provider receives a private gallery within 2–3 business days.
Step 6 — Final images delivered, organized and ready (You: upload and done) Edited images within 1–2 weeks, labeled by name and title, ready for your website, provider directories, and Psychology Today or Zocdoc listings.
