Complete mobile studio setup at your office We arrive 45–60 minutes before the first session and assemble a full professional setup in your space — studio-quality strobe lighting, multiple backdrop options, and a tethered camera system that displays shots on a monitor in real time. A conference room, lobby, or open area roughly 10×15 feet with a standard power outlet is all we need from you. We handle setup and breakdown with no facilities coordination required.

 

5–10 minute sessions, fully directed Every employee gets complete direction on posture, expression, and framing. Camera-shy staff and people who haven't been photographed professionally in years consistently walk out with their best shot. Nobody has to figure out what to do in front of a camera.

(2 minutes) Fill out the quote form. Team size, office address, preferred timing. Sergio follows up the same day.

 

Step 2 — Book and receive your scheduling template

(10 minutes) Deposit secures your date. We send a scheduling link your employees sign up in directly. You forward it once.

 

Step 3 — Forward the employee prep guide

(2 minutes) We send it. You forward it. Done.

 

Step 4 — We show up and handle everything

(0 minutes from you) We arrive early, set up the full studio, shoot on schedule, direct every person, and pack up without a trace. The office keeps working.

 

Step 5 — Proofing galleries go out

Do you charge a travel fee for San Francisco?

No. There are no travel fees for San Francisco or anywhere in the Bay Area. The flat $175/person rate covers everything including travel.

How much space do you need at our office? A conference room, lobby, or open area roughly 10×15 feet with a standard power outlet. No IT support or facilities coordination required.

How many people can you photograph in a day? A half-day covers 15–25 people. A full day covers 40–60 people. We've photographed San Francisco teams of 100+ in single coordinated engagements. Tell us your team size and we'll build the right schedule.

How far in advance should we book?

Two to four weeks for most teams. Four to six weeks for larger organizations or specific date requirements. Rush bookings for smaller teams are often possible with less notice.

What if someone misses the shoot?

We document our exact setup after every team day. Anyone who misses can come to our Oakland studio and be photographed to match the rest of the team.

How quickly are final images delivered?

Proofing galleries within 2–3 days. Final edited images within 1–2 weeks. Rush delivery available.
