What's the minimum team size for a headshot day?
The minimum is 10 people. For smaller groups — 2 to 9 people — our corporate executive session packages are a better fit. For individuals, solo sessions start at $400.
How long does a full team headshot day take?
It depends on team size. We allow 10–15 minutes per person plus 45–60 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown. A 20-person team typically wraps in about 4–5 hours including setup. A 50-person team is usually a full day.
What space do you need at our office?
A conference room, open area, or lobby works well. We need roughly a 10x15 foot space with access to a standard electrical outlet. We handle the rest.
What should I wear to my headshot session?
Yes. If your team is spread across multiple floors, departments, or locations we can schedule across multiple days or sessions. We document the setup precisely so every image matches.

What if someone misses the shoot day?
We can photograph them separately at our Oakland studio or schedule a follow-up onsite session. We document the exact setup so their images match the rest of the team perfectly.
Do you photograph group shots as well as individual headshots?
Yes. Group and department photos are included in every team headshot day at no additional charge.
How do team members select their photos?
Each person receives a private link to their own proofing gallery within 2–3 days of the shoot. They mark their favorites and we edit those to final delivery standard. The process is simple and doesn't require any technical knowledge.
How are the final files delivered?
Final edited images are delivered via a secure online gallery organized by person or department. Each person receives high-resolution files for print and web-optimized files for LinkedIn and digital use. We can also organize by department or alphabetically — whatever works best for your team.
