WHY PALO ALTO TEAMS BOOK ONSITE HEADSHOTS
Palo Alto packs a lot of very different organizations into a small city: startups above the shops on University Avenue, research and engineering teams across Stanford Research Park on Page Mill Road, firms along El Camino Real and California Avenue, and the venture capital offices just over the line on Sand Hill Road. What they have in common is calendars too full for a trip to a studio.
For most teams, headshots are needed for a website relaunch, a funding announcement, LP and investor materials or a press feature, and the deadline usually comes before anyone has time to get photographed. The result is a team page with three photographers' work on it and a few people missing.
An onsite team day solves that in one visit. We arrive 45–60 minutes before the first session and set up in a conference room, lobby or open area about 12–15 feet deep. Your team books slots around their meetings, gets a fully directed 5–10 minute session and goes back to work. Within 1–2 weeks, you have a complete, consistent set of headshots for the whole team.
Research parks and multi-tenant buildings often have visitor and loading procedures. Send us your building's access details when you book, and we'll plan our arrival around them.

Add-ons: additional edited images are $100 each. Rush delivery in 24–48 hours is $25 per person ($250 minimum) for team days, or $100 for a solo session.
Fewer than 10 people? Book an onsite day at the $2,000 flat minimum, or send people to the studio for $400 each. For five or more, the onsite day costs less.
