How do you handle a large team without disrupting the workday?
We build a time-slot schedule before the shoot day so everyone knows exactly when to come in. Each person takes 10–15 minutes. The rest of the team keeps working normally. For a 30-person team, we typically wrap in under 4 hours including setup. Engineers on deadline, executives in back-to-back meetings, and remote employees joining for one day — we've handled all of it.
Can you match our existing headshot style for new hires?
Yes. If your company already has professional headshots and you just need to add new team members, send us a sample and we'll match the lighting, background, and crop precisely. We document our setup from every session so future shoots stay consistent with previous ones.
What background options work best for tech companies?
Most tech companies choose light gray, white, or dark charcoal — clean and modern, works across every platform from your website to press features to LinkedIn. Some companies want an environmental background using their office space for a more candid, culture-forward look. We discuss options before the shoot and bring multiple backdrops.
Do you work with remote teams or distributed companies?

Can we get department group photos as well as individual headshots?
Yes. Group and department photos are easy to add at the beginning or end of a headshot day. Most companies use them for their website's About page, team pages, and marketing materials. Just let us know in advance so we can schedule time for it.
How far in advance should we book?
For teams under 20 people, 2–3 weeks notice is usually sufficient. For larger teams of 30 or more, 4–6 weeks is recommended to allow time to coordinate schedules and logistics. January through April and September through November are our busiest months — book early during those windows.
Do you offer rush booking for launch deadlines or press features?
Yes. If you have a hard deadline — a product launch, a press feature, an investor meeting — we can often accommodate rush bookings. Contact us directly at (510) 506-4892 and we'll do everything we can to make it work.
How are the final files delivered?
Final edited images are delivered via a secure online gallery organized by person or department. Each person receives high-resolution files for print and web-optimized files for LinkedIn and digital use. We can also organize by department or alphabetically — whatever works best for your team.
