Step 3 — Forward the provider prep guide (Coordinator: 2 minutes) We send a brief guide covering wardrobe and what to expect. You forward it. Done.

Step 4 — We set up and photograph the team (Coordinator: zero) We arrive 45–60 minutes early, assemble the complete studio, shoot on schedule between patient appointments, direct every session, and pack up without disruption. Clinical operations continue.

Step 5 — Proofing galleries go out (Coordinator: optional follow-up) Each provider receives a private gallery within 2–3 business days. We follow up with anyone who hasn't selected by your deadline.

Step 6 — Final images delivered, organized and ready (Coordinator: upload and done) Edited images within 1–2 weeks. Labeled by provider name. Ready to upload to Zocdoc, Healthgrades, your website, and insurance directories.

Providers sign up for individual slots through a scheduling link we provide. Most providers are in and out in under 10 minutes. Clinical operations continue throughout the shoot.
