Professional strobe lighting, multiple backdrop options, and a tethered camera system that displays shots on a monitor in real time. Assembled in your space within 45–60 minutes. We handle setup and breakdown — no facilities coordination required beyond building access and a standard power outlet.
5–10 minute sessions, fully directed for every person
Every employee gets complete direction — posture, expression, chin angle, shoulder position, framing. Camera-shy staff, first-timers, and people who haven't had a professional photo taken in years consistently walk out with their best shot. Nobody has to figure out what to do in front of a camera.

How a Corporate Headshot Day Works — and What You Have to Do
Step 1 — Tell us about your team
(You: 2 minutes) Fill out the quote form with your team size, office location, and preferred timing. Sergio responds the same day with availability and a proposal.
Step 2 — Book and receive your scheduling template
(You: 10 minutes) A deposit secures your date. We send a scheduling link your employees sign up in directly. You forward it once.
Step 3 — Forward the employee prep guide
(You: 2 minutes) We send it. You forward it. Done.
Step 4 — We show up and handle everything
(You: zero) We arrive 45–60 minutes early, set up the complete studio, shoot on schedule, direct every person, and pack up without a trace. The office keeps working.
Step 5 — Proofing galleries go out
(You: optional follow-up) Each employee receives a private gallery within 2–3 business days to select their favorites. We follow up on anyone who hasn't responded.
Step 6 — Final images delivered,
organized and ready (You: upload and done) Edited images within 1–2 weeks. Labeled by name or department. Ready for your website, directory, and LinkedIn.

How many people can you photograph in a day?
A half-day covers 15–25 people. A full day covers 40–60 people. For larger organizations we schedule multi-day shoots. We've photographed Bay Area corporate teams of 200+ in a single coordinated engagement.
What space do you need at our office?
A conference room, lobby, or open office space roughly 10–15 feet deep with a standard power outlet. No IT support or facilities coordination required.
What should employees wear?
We send a detailed prep guide after booking. Short version: solid colors, business casual or matching your company culture, no busy patterns or logos. Recommend employees bring one or two options.
How quickly are final images delivered?
Proofing galleries within 2–3 business days. Final edited images within 1–2 weeks. Rush delivery available for website launches, press deadlines, and investor presentations.
What if an employee misses the shoot day?
We document our exact setup after every corporate headshot day. Anyone who misses comes to our Oakland studio for a solo session — their headshot matches the rest of the team.
Can you match our existing headshots?
If your existing headshots use a studio-style setup with a defined backdrop and lighting, we can often match it closely. Send us a sample and we'll tell you what's achievable.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks for most team sizes. Four to six weeks for larger organizations. Rush bookings for smaller teams are often possible with less notice.
Do you work with remote and hybrid teams?
Yes. Remote employees who miss the shoot can come to our Oakland studio at any point and receive headshots that match the team exactly. We keep your setup on file so new hires can always match.
