New hires book a solo session at our private studio at Jack London Square in Oakland. Sessions run 30–45 minutes with full posing and expression direction. Proofing gallery within 2–3 days, final edited images within 1–2 weeks.

We document your company's backdrop color, lighting setup, and crop style from your original team session — so every new hire's headshot matches the existing team perfectly, even months later.

Best for: Companies with remote or distributed teams, smaller hiring volumes, or employees spread across the Bay Area who can easily reach Oakland.

 

Option 2 — We Come to Your Office

We schedule regular onsite sessions at your Bay Area office — quarterly, monthly, or on-demand based on your hiring pace. We set up a complete mobile studio in your conference room or lobby and photograph every new hire in efficient 10–15 minute slots.

Same setup, same backdrop, same lighting as your original team day. New hires never leave the building. HR coordinates the schedule, we handle everything else.
