6. We Arrive and Set Up

How does a team headshot day work?
We arrive 45–60 minutes early and set up a full studio in your conference room or open space. Each person steps in for a fully guided 5–10 minute session and goes right back to work. Your team books their own time slots through our scheduling link, so your office manager spends less than 20 minutes on the whole thing.
How quickly will we get our photos?
Every person gets a private proofing gallery within 2–3 business days to choose their favorite shot. Final edited images arrive within 1–2 weeks, labeled by name and ready for your website, LinkedIn, and company directory. Rush delivery is available.
What areas do you serve?
