Here's What You Actually Have to Do

Step 1 — Tell us about your team Fill out the quote form with your team size, office location, and preferred timing. Sergio follows up the same day with availability and a proposal.

 

Step 2 — Pick a date and share a scheduling link We send you a simple scheduling template your employees book into directly. You don't have to manage individual time slots.

 

Step 3 — Give us a room and a power outlet A conference room, lobby, or open office space. Roughly 10×15 feet. Standard electrical outlet. That's it — we handle everything else.

 

Step 4 — We photograph your team We arrive 45–60 minutes early to set up. Employees cycle through in 5–10 minute slots. The workday keeps moving.

 

Step 5 — Review and approve Proofing galleries delivered within 2–3 days. Each employee selects their own favorites — no action required from you.

 

Step 6 — Receive your files Final edited images delivered within 1–2 weeks, organized and ready to upload to your website, directory, and LinkedIn.
