Your entire team photographed in one visit. We arrive, set up a full mobile studio in your conference room or lobby within 45 to 60 minutes, and work through your staff one at a time. Every person gets five to ten minutes in front of the camera, fully directed from start to finish. The rest of the office keeps working.

How a Team Headshot Day Works
1. Get a quote
Tell us your team size, location, and timing. We'll follow up the same day with availability and a proposal.
2. We plan the schedule
We coordinate with you on room setup, employee scheduling, and any specific requirements. You get a scheduling template your team books into directly.
3. We show up and set up
We arrive 45 to 60 minutes before the first session. Full mobile studio assembled in your conference room, lobby, or open office space — professional lighting, backdrops, tethered camera system. You provide a room and a power outlet.
4. Your team cycles through
Five to ten minutes per person. Every shot fully directed — posture, expression, angle, framing. Employees walk in, get photographed, review their shots on screen, and walk back to their desks. The workday keeps moving.
5. You get the photos Proofing gallery
delivered within 2 to 3 days. Final edited images within 1 to 2 weeks. High-resolution files for print and web-optimized files for LinkedIn, your website, press kits, and marketing materials. Rush delivery available.
